Dutch shipyard Feadship, De Voogt Naval Architects signed 89-meter Project 828 with “Milky Way”. After sea landing in Amsterdam, the boat, which completed sea trials, stands out as a special construction project that reflects Royal Van Lent’s craft heritage.
Milky Way’s delivery is part of the intensive production calendar, which Feadship has been maintained for 2026 years, the shipyard is currently fielding more than one large-scale private construction boat in this period. Although the inner space and technical details of the boat are shared by confidentiality, the scale and design team of the project confirms the position of Feadship once again in the upper segment.
Delivery of a superyacht is often shaped with a quiet process that spreads for years: design, engineering, craft and sea trials. Milky Way’s water also reminds the nature of this discipline far but meticulously functioning once again.
