Ahead of its major global sale in London, Concierge Auctions is expanding its October calendar with nine distinct properties. Spanning six U.S. states and the British Virgin Islands, the list is led by Anacapa, a contemporary estate rising above Trancas Canyon on Malibu’s coastline.
Built from the ground up, Anacapa pairs contemporary architecture with ocean views. An infinity pool, a private cinema, and a solar-powered battery storage system make the estate one of the region’s most talked-about addresses for both design and sustainability. Bidding opens on October 22.
Other addresses on the same calendar show the breadth of the lineup: the Granite Ridge residence in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, designed by Ward/Blake Architects with direct ski access to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort; and Lion Point in Boulder, Colorado, built to German Passivhaus standards and anchored by an emerald-green pool.
