The luxury carpet manufacturer Tai Ping celebrates its organization’s 70th anniversary with the Icons Underfoot exhibition held in Fulham Road showroom under London Design Festival. The exhibition, which is open to visit between 14-18 September, brings together the creative evolution of the brand with seventeen decades in gallery format.
In the exhibition, Alizea I from Biofilic Collection, is a seven signature parts from Nakashima Edition to Conoid II, Antho10gy Collection from Ephemera BO3 and Evolution Series. Tai Ping collects leading designer work unions, material innovations and contemporary carpet production under the same roof; the brand defines it as “technical expertise, innovative materials and artistic design”.
On September 17, the open invitation to be held between 18.00-21.00, transforms the exhibition from one of the most vibrant meeting points of the festival. Icons Underfoot for Tai Ping is not only a retrospective; a seventeen-year proof of the craft under the ground can also be a art form.
