Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul’s Italian restaurant with Bosphorus view, welcomes Sicilian chef Giovanni Vaccaro between 13-16 October. Vaccaro will re-defect the fall menu together with the kitchen team of the restaurant; a approach that brings the classic texture of the Italian cuisine with seasonal products is adopted.
In the new menu, vegetarian alternatives come out with mushroom and truff risottosu; each dish is prepared with an understanding that traditional recipes are presented with a contemporary interpretation. The location known for its crystal chandeliers and high ceilings will host a table experience that carries the signature of Vaccaro for four days.
Foreign chef residences turn into a more frequent format in the last period in the five star hotel kitchens of Istanbul, and this short-term collaboration of Bellini adds seasonal but ambitious stops to the gastronomy calendar of the city.
