IWC Schaffhausen added a new dial color in July 6 to the Ingenieur Automatic 35 family, combining engineering discipline with an elegant surface: Pool. This ton, which resembles a clear pool blue, adds unexpected freshness to the characteristic grid patterned surface of the watch; the brand offers it as a sending to the soul of the summer season.
35 millimeter stainless steel case, signed frame and integrated bracelet with five functional screws protect the architectural identity of Ingenieur since 1955. Kalibre 47110 automatic mechanism is working with 42 hours power reserve under the cadra; sapphire crystal back cover, circular grain and Geneva striped workmanship are classified into consideration.
IWC Creative Director Christian Knoop defines the new tone “a special designed, vibrant and refreshing water color”. The pool is involved in the collection as a sixth model, while the Ingenieur’s simplicity is proved once again.
