Ankara Residences, a collaboration between Doğan Group and French couture house ELIE SAAB, adds a new signature to the capital’s skyline with a 32-storey twin tower in Dikmen Valley. Spread across two blocks and 198 residences, the project spans layouts from 2+1 to 5+1, ranging from 126 to 270 square metres.
Interiors are furnished with the ELIE SAAB Maison collection, produced in Italy, while smart-home systems and underfloor heating and cooling bring couture detailing into daily comfort.
Shared spaces include a retractable swimming pool, a spa and a fitness centre, alongside viewing terraces and landscaped gardens — with reception, valet and café service rounding out a hotel-grade living experience.
With the shell construction now half complete, deliveries are planned for March 2028, with buyers offered instalment plans starting at a 40% down payment.
