Ritz Paris Tea Time à la Française

The legendary address of Paris in Place Vendôme, Ritz Paris signed a ritual, which reconstitutes the most calm time of the day as of the first day of September: Tea Time à la Française. Among the silk walls of Salon Proust, the experience offered between 13.00 and 17.00 every day is reinterpreting the tradition of ‘five o’clock tea’, which extends to 1898 of the hotel.

The menu is placed a three-style narration from salty sweet: salmon tartelet prepared with wild turpu and yuzu, with the French tostu accompanied by lobster biscuits of lobster and homemade focaccia with roasted season vegetables. The passage in the middle is laid out on shortbread, crowned with pear and balzamic vinegar. In the sweet part, black buckwheat dad prepared with kiwi and herbs, Earl Grey and kakuleli mus, lemon bergamot creamy sunflower pandispania and a charlotte, all of which is chocolate, is staged in order; while leaving the table, the guests are roasted bread pralinated dark chocolate shell.

Lainé defines this ritual as a dialogue between the inheritance of the ‘development’ and summarizes his experience with the words of ‘time suspension, an invitation to re-discover that magical time. Tea time for Ritz Paris is not only a meal; a quiet ceremoni that carries a half a century of elegance in the middle of the day.
