The chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the most Michelin star in the world, carries his new address to the heart of the art in Paris. Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain’s new building in Rivoli Street, the autumn 2026 will open, the philosophy of the chef “empreition” – the layer of material blends the smell and taste of a art institution.
The project is implemented together with David Sinapian, accompanied by Pic and contains a bar dedicated to gastronomic table as well as cocktail culture. Thus, the kitchen universe of the chef has a new space that is nested with the daily rhythm of contemporary art.
This address is the newest stop added to Pic’s Valence, Lozan, Dubai, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Japan. One of the most measured names of the French gastronomy is reinterpreted table between the walls of a art vase, one of the most elegant in the kitchen of quiet luxury.
