Four Seasons is marking a first in its history: a residential project built entirely independent of a hotel or resort. Cherry Creek, A Four Seasons Private Residence, rising in Denver’s sophisticated Cherry Creek neighborhood, has been announced as the brand’s first standalone residence in Colorado. The eight-story building’s 42 homes bring the Four Seasons standard of service directly into private living, with no hotel attached.
Architecture by 10 Design, Interiors by Tihany Design
The building’s architecture comes from 10 Design, while its interiors are led by Tihany Design, under principal Alessia Genova. One-, two- and three-bedroom residences range from 1,260 to 6,000 square feet (roughly 117 to 557 square meters), with a facade designed to sit comfortably within Cherry Creek’s existing streetscape. Residents will have access to a spa with steam, sauna, cold plunge and treatment rooms, an outdoor pool and sun deck, a club lounge with a fireplace, a garden-view library, a private dining room and a rooftop retreat.
Chris Meredith, Four Seasons’ Group Head of Residential, described the project this way: “Four Seasons standalone residences allow us to serve homeowners in the places they want to build their lives.” Phil Braunstein, Managing Principal at development partner Wexford Real Estate Investors, pointed to the neighborhood itself: “Cherry Creek has a character all its own: sophisticated, walkable and distinctly Denver.”
Twenty-four-hour concierge, housekeeping, in-residence dining and valet service will be overseen by a dedicated Director of Residences. Sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, while the development consortium behind the project brings together Wexford Real Estate Investors, Stillwater Capital, Zabel Investment and Brue Baukol Capital Partners.
