Michelin Guide added Shenzhen to the first time list in the 2026 selection, which is widely described in Guangzhou. Grand Hyatt entered the total selection of 176 restaurants in two cities with the ceremony held in Shenzhen — a quiet but stable international outlet for Shenzhen’s gastronomy scene.
In Guangzhou 3, 5 restaurants in Shenzhen, were awarded two stars; 22 restaurants in Guangzhou 17, Shenzhen. Thus, when the total 27 restaurants in two cities are located in the star selection, the guide also included in the list of 76 restaurants in the ‘Michelin Selected’.
Mr. Jinghui Huang, Chief Executive Award from Jiang by Chef Fei, won Chef Chunghan Hou from La Lune. This first output of Shenzhen is a quiet example of turning into the international recognition of a patient craftsman away from the show.
