The new BMW i3 50 xDrive has not seen the brand’s legendary 3 Series as a change of a transfer organ. This sedan, which is produced in Munich factory, is actually a platform and software revolution. BMW’s eDrive system shows the fifth sixth nesle transition, how ambitious i3 is.

i3’s main claim in power transmission and charging technology. The new generation BMW eDrive system is installed on 800V architecture. Total system power 345 kW/469 HP, maximum torque 645 Nm. Charge speeds have reached 400 kW DC level.
