Zuma announced the first address in the Caribbean: in Gustavia, the capital of Saint-Barthélemy, a seasonal restaurant on Rue de la République near the port. The venue will open its doors on November 25, will serve from April 2027 to seven days in the evening from 18.00 to 01.00.
The restaurant consisting of a hot interior and semi-open high stool area with wooden coated invites you to watch the round tables and yachts in the port of green floor seats and the lights of Gustavia. The kitchen consists of three separate stations, including the main part, sushi countertops and robata grid; the signature of the Japanese techniques together with the shared service is the CEO of Azumi Restaurant Group Sven Koch.
Koch states that Saint-Barth carries ‘natural harmony for Zuma for a long time, the island’s kitchen, music and social energy covered with the soul of the brand. This opening is part of a seasonal expansion strategy added to the permanent addresses in London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Miami, New York, Rome, Madrid and Bangkok, beyond being the first step in Zuma’s Caribbean.
