Three Michelin star chef Masayoshi “Masa” Takayama — founder of the legendary MASA restaurant in New York — after more than twenty years old, Beverly Hills. The Peninsula Beverly Hills’s 35th anniversary celebration was held within five-night private omakase residence, between 16-20 September and the limited number of guests were opened outside.
Format carries Table’s counter experience in New York: two sessions every night (18.00 and 20. 30), a private thesis for ten people and a total of only hundred guests for five nights. The menu was designed completely by the chef; the signature flavor Toro Caviar — weighs oily tone fish, Osetra caviar, muket lemon and with a brake onion — is located in the center of the experience. 795 per person menu, the hotel opened a limited number of rings after departure to the guests before booking.
The hotel manager Rebecca Goldberg states that the celebration not only understands the heritage in the hotel, but also asked a question about the future. A rare move on this scale to Los Angeles of the table; every experience that the chef goes out of New York is met with a separate interest in gastronomy circles due to its limited access.
