Pearl, which will open its doors in September 14 in Mayfair district of London, is the new address that reinterprets the registered building in The Beaumont’s Brown Hart Gardens. At the beginning of the kitchen, the kitchen director Lisa Goodwin-Allen, designed a menu from the Italian, Spanish and Greek traditions of the Mediterranean. The day-long service understanding extending from breakfast to dinner is not only a restaurant, but it is positioned as a meeting point that is jointed into the daily rhythm of the neighborhood.
EPR Architects signed architecture brings together a three-meter top window and a curved glass wall facing Brown Hart Gardens while maintaining the details of the II-degree proprietary building Portland stone. The large terrace inspired by the Milan squares and Rivyera beach strip is surrounded by one of the last works of the ancient landscape designer Nigel Dunnett; in the walls of the space, Jemma Powell and Valéria Nascimento are the works.
From the breakfast opened with the fruvasan with Serrano jambonlu, the mönü extends to lunch classics such as carbonara croket and the local lobster linguine, the Pearl’s new day-life address of Mayfair. This opening stands out as a new part that blends the concept of “untime English grace” that is often referenced in the luxury accommodation in Istanbul.
